Casting made easy with our pure white Raysin casting compound in a "chalky style"! Easy to use: Mix + pour = done! In no time at all, trendy castings with a soft, ultra-matte surface and appearance are created.
Raysin is air-curing , odorless as well as food-neutral and consists of pure natural calcium sulfate , which is why the casting powder is harmless and therefore ideal for watering with children is suitable. Raysin is also easy to demold.
The casting compound Raysin 200 convinces with a high strength of 200N/mm² and is particularly suitable for larger items such as figures, decorative tiles, bowls & Co.
Our range includes numerous molds for creating amazing works of art. Raysin is suitable for molds made of plastic (PET + LDPE), latex, rubber, and silicone.
You can also find color pigments (item no. 35016…) with which Raysin can be easily colored in many pastel shades.
We also offer Raysin 100. This Raysin has a lower strength (120 N/mm²) than Raysin 200, making it ideal for small and delicate castings such as decorative pendants, figurines, and the like. Raysin 100 is also available in various container sizes:
