1. Where is my order?

We process all orders within 48 hours (except handmade macrame).
The shipping time from DHL is usually 1-3 working days. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your package!

2. What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, please check your tracking number first.
Here you can find information about where your package was taken to.
As a rule, the package is delivered to the neighbor or taken to the nearest DHL branch, where the package is up to 10 working days before it is sent back to us. If your package is returned to us, we are more than happy to send it to you again. For this we calculate the usual shipping costs again.

3. My package still hasn't arrived!

Please check the shipment status with your tracking number first. The package may be with your neighbor or in the nearest DHL branch. If you do not receive any further information here either and your shipment status has still not changed after 3 working days, please contact us. We will help you to solve the problem!

4. I received the wrong item, what now?

We are very sorry that you received the wrong item. We are a young start-up and always strive to process your shipments without errors. Unfortunately, mistakes can always happen.
Of course we will return the wrong item to you free of charge. Please contact us by email, we will take care of it!

5. I only received part of the order, something is missing!

In this case, we are of course very sorry that something was forgotten with your order.
Of course we will deliver the missing products to you immediately!

6. A product in my order is damaged!

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us directly by email and attach a picture of the damaged goods! As soon as we have received your complaint, we will immediately take care of a new shipment of your product!

7. How do I return an item that I ordered incorrectly?

We are happy to refund you within 14 days for incorrectly ordered or unnecessary goods.
Please simply send the products back to us at the following address:

After receipt, the invoice amount will be refunded to you immediately!
