Caring for macrame properly! - Important instructions
In this blog I will explain how you can properly clean and care for your macrame. All materials used for our macrame are made from 100% recycled cotton. In general, cotton is a very durable and reliable material of textile manufacture and is easy to clean and maintain.
So if you want to enjoy your macrame for a long time, you are very welcome to follow my tips for caring for and cleaning the products.
If there is very little or no visible dirt, please clean the affected area with mild soap and water and then aerate the macrame.
Care
If the knots loosen over time, you can easily tighten them again by holding the knot between your fingers and pulling on the thread with your other hand.
Like any other natural fiber, cotton can become a food source for numerous pests. Please wipe off dust with a damp cloth or shake well at least once a month to prevent it.
After shipment
Especially after shipping, it can happen that combed out areas do not always reach the customer clean. You are very welcome to comb this out yourself with a comb and, if necessary, fix it with fixing spray or alternatively hairspray.
